Returns Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping too.

Please Note:
Items bought during 50- 70% Off, Black Friday, or Unforgettable Sale events are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refund Timeframe
Once you return your package, you can expect your refund within 4 weeks- though it often arrives sooner. This includes:

• Return shipping time (5- 10 business days)
• Processing time (3- 5 business days)
• Bank processing (5- 10 business days)

To start a return, log in to your account, go to My Orders, click Return Items, and follow the steps. We’ll update you via email once your refund is processed.
